B27無(wú)血清添加劑的使用注意事項是怎樣的

　　B27無(wú)血清添加劑用于海馬神經(jīng)元和其他系統（CNS）神經(jīng)元的生長(cháng)和保持其短期或長(cháng)期活性。B27添加劑是50X的液體，可以與Neurobasal培養基或Neurobasal-A培養基組合使用，用于神經(jīng)細胞培養而不需要再添加飼養層細胞。

　　B27無(wú)血清添加劑的注意事項：

　　1、產(chǎn)品驗收：

　　a.內外包裝均應完好，無(wú)破損、裂縫、溢滲等現象；

　　b.到貨時(shí)應為冷凍或冰水混合狀態(tài)，不應*融化；

　　c.若出現上述現象，請拍照取證后及時(shí)與我們聯(lián)系，以便及時(shí)進(jìn)行更換。

　　2、血清的解凍：

　　a.請在2℃～8℃環(huán)境中解凍，不宜在較高溫度下進(jìn)行解凍；解凍溫度較高會(huì )導致血清渾濁，沉淀增加，品質(zhì)下降；

　　b.解凍的過(guò)程中請不時(shí)搖勻（小心勿造成氣泡），使血清成分和溫度均勻，從而減少沉淀的產(chǎn)生；

　　c.解凍后應盡快用完，盡量避免反復凍融；

　　d.不宜在室溫中長(cháng)時(shí)間放置，使用后盡快放回2℃～8℃中；

　　e.高溫解凍、劇烈搖晃、反復凍融、放置時(shí)間過(guò)長(cháng)等，均會(huì )導致血清品質(zhì)的降低。

　　3、運輸及儲存條件

　　運輸條件：冷凍、密封、避光；

　　儲存條件：貯藏溫度≤-15℃，可長(cháng)時(shí)間保存；4℃存放時(shí)，請勿超過(guò)一個(gè)月。
