Gibco北美胎牛血清的保存條件

 　　Gibco北美胎牛血清是血漿去除纖維蛋白而形成的一種很復雜的混合物，其組成成份雖大部分已知，但還有一部分尚不清楚，且血清組成及含量常隨供血動(dòng)物的性別、年齡、生理條件和營(yíng)養條件不同而異。血清中含有各種血漿蛋白、多肽、脂肪、碳水化合物、生長(cháng)因子、激素、無(wú)機物等，這些物質(zhì)對促進(jìn)細胞生長(cháng)或抑制生長(cháng)活性是達到生理平衡的。
 
　　Gibco北美胎牛血清的保存條件：
　　1.解凍胎牛血清先置于2～8℃冰箱使之融解，然后在室溫下使之全融。
　　2、除去胎牛血清中的含絮狀沉淀，離心胎牛血清或者簡(jiǎn)單的讓其沉淀在瓶子底部，將胎牛血清小心的轉移到另一個(gè)無(wú)菌瓶里（一般不建議采用過(guò)濾的方法除去沉淀，因為沉淀會(huì )堵塞濾膜而無(wú)法過(guò)濾）。大多情況輕輕搖動(dòng)沉淀并加熱至37℃就會(huì )再溶解。
　　3、一旦您在新鮮培養基中添加了胎牛血清和抗生素時(shí)，您應該在兩到三周內使用它。因為一些抗生素和胎牛血清中的基本成分在解凍后就開(kāi)始降解。
 
　　儲存條件：胎牛血清一般儲存于-5℃～-20℃，同時(shí)應避免反復凍融。購買(mǎi)大包裝的無(wú)菌脫纖維羊血后，首先要滅活處理，然后分裝成小包裝，儲存于-5℃～-20℃，使用前融化。融化時(shí)現置于4℃。融化后的胎牛血清）在4℃不宜長(cháng)時(shí)間存放，應盡快使用。
